Through collaborations with top-tier talent, I’ve balanced creative direction with production oversight, building teams, refining workflows, and ensuring structured execution, all while delivering strategic work that not only meets goals but also stands out and engages.

Lalaland primarily served local agencies and studios, with select international clients. We built workflows from the ground up to handle a range of projects: from motion graphics and compositing to color grading and full-cycle production for ads, short films, corporate videos, and installations. While managing the company, I led both an in-house team and freelance collaborators, all while working hands-on as a motion designer and compositor. Ultimately, my drive for creative growth and exploration led me back to freelancing, where I could focus on pushing creative boundaries.

I provided motion graphics and compositing for TV, web ads, and local feature films, working directly with studios and agencies to bring a more design-driven approach to their projects. This period gave me my first real taste of creative freedom and collaboration. As my freelance workload grew, I took the leap to establish my own boutique post-production studio, embracing the opportunity to further expand my creative reach.

Mentored by experienced co-workers, I deepened my compositing skills while beginning to experiment with motion graphics - an exploration that fueled my creative curiosity. This period laid the foundation for my freelance journey, where I could fully dive into the possibilities of motion design.
