Hi, I'm MATIC!
(pronounced: mah-teetz)

I’m an Ex Creative Leader with a deep love for blending imagination with intention - now, working on a new path: as a (certified) Meditation Teacher + Mindfulness Coach; and currently, I’m building an online space to help other humans find more internal freedom and (creative) ease.

With two decades in the creative industry, I’ve worn nearly every hat: from creative directing and animating, to developing visual narratives and leading global teams. I unify mindful, human-first oriented leadership with artful storytelling, to fuel creative momentum and uplift the heroes behind the work. I’m passionate about crafting thoughtful creative systems and workflows that support clarity and personal growth. Though I feel at home mentoring and coaching teams, I still love getting hands-on in production, keeping me anchored and playful.

My journey spans roles as a Creative Director + Studio Founder, an Art Director, a Motion Designer (2D and 3D), a Compositor, and way back, a LEGO enthusiast - probably where my love for systems and storytelling began.

When I’m not immersed in teaching mindfulness or guiding meditations, I’m usually off on sci-fi adventures with my kid, or sneaking in a creative exploration. Bunnies, early mornings, science, cosmic questions, kimchi: if you’re into any of these, we’ll definitely get along.
