Some days we can, and on others, we can’t. When we can’t, we often fight it. And then, when we still can’t, we fight with ourselves. Things can get pretty nasty. Remember, no one knows how to make us feel worse than ourselves. But instead of forcing, we can try to let go. Because, some days we just can’t...
Some days, it’s important to remember that you are not a robot, but a person that mostly can. So I want to let you know: »It’s going to be ok. I think you are doing very well.«
Some days we give our inner chatter too much credit. We listen to it too much. Soon, it can be the only thing we hear as it clouds our view and makes the world feel smaller than it really is. In those moments, we don’t recognize even the small wins.
Some days, it’s more than alright to curl up into bed early. And that is completely ok, too.
