Reconstruct Society

There’s certainly a lot of rules we’re expected to follow from a young age, mostly by people that cannot “control” themselves in crucial moments either. Kids for instance are very much privy to getting upset fast, and most parents try to teach that although it’s normal to feel upset, some reactions are deemed unacceptable. In principle, it sounds fine, but how does it actually help a young mind, or even an adult one, to do the legwork in not being so reactive to thoughts and emotions?

SHARE TOOLS.

The world we live in is fueled by rigid rules and expectations. But because of the toxic fumes that expectations create (judgement and pressure), most people grow up into walking emotional-time bombs. We’re mostly so focused on swimming against the stream, that we don’t even notice it. To keep the economic status quo, society needs for that rigidity to remain. But on an individual level, it’s never too late to start learning anew and to start sharing tools instead of imposing rules. Because - change inspires change.

In order to improve for good, you need to solve problems at the systems level.
Fix the inputs and the outputs will fix themselves.
